About Us

Since our founding over 55 years ago in 1969, Avanti has been dedicated to the pursuit of designing, manufacturing and distributing timeless and distinctive products for the home. We started by inventing a new product, the embellished towel, which was our focus for our first 35 years in business. After overwhelming demand from our customers who wanted more of our designs in more products, in 2004 we expanded into coordinated bath accessories, shower curtains and rugs. In 2009 we added table linens and kitchen products and in 2019, we added bedding to the mix. Over the years, we’ve been the trusted licensee for great brands, with our current roster including Izod, Nicole Miller, Spode, Portmeirion, Jonathan Adler and Fiesta. Our products cover a wide range of designs-from coastal to contemporary, tropical to traditional, southwest to lodge. Whatever your taste, you’re sure to find the perfect look to make your house a home. While our product offering has changed over the years, Avanti's commitment to great design, quality and outstanding service hasn’t wavered. I fell in love with Gilded Birds bath set online but I had no idea how really beautiful it was until it arrived. The Antigua tablecloth is the best tablecloth I have ever owned. Not only is it beautiful and brightens up the room with its coastal design, but it cleans up so unbelievably well and easily. I've never been this happy with a tablecoth. Crayons, markers, juice boxes, etc. and I spray some cleaner on it, wash it and it's gone !!! And it looks great after laundering. You will be very happy with this purchase.

I recently moved into a new home and found that I had a number of bird pictures I had collected from my travels. I saw these Songbird fingertip towels and thought they would make a great addition to complement my pictures. They fit perfectly in my guest bathroom and pulled the whole bird theme together. I bought the Tall Snowmen towels for the holidays and they look even better than they did on-line. I also bought the shower curtain, rug and lotion dispenser.
